Big Cats of Western India

Join us on a small group wildlife tour through Western India, where you’ll explore one of the country’s most biodiverse regions — from the Thar Desert and dry forests to vast grasslands and saltpans.

This 19-day adventure offers a rare chance to see India’s top big cats in their natural habitat: the Asiatic Lion, Bengal Tiger, and Indian Leopard. You’ll also spot unique predators like the Indian Wolf, Striped Hyena, and Bengal Fox — plus herds of blackbuck, deer, and the Asiatic Wildass.

For bird lovers, the region is a key stop on the Central Asian Flyway, home to flamingos, pelicans, cranes, raptors, and the endangered Great Indian Bustard. Beyond the wildlife, discover historic Jaipur, marvel at the Jain Temple in Hutheesing, and meet the Rabari people, who have lived in harmony with the land for generations. This is an unforgettable India wildlife safari blending nature, culture, and conservation — perfect for curious travellers seeking depth and discovery.
